Twenty years of working with data. Now we teach teams to build with AI.

TSW started as a company of engineers and data people. For two decades we worked where data meets real business problems: building systems, leading enterprise AI initiatives and sitting next to the teams who had to keep them running.

Along the way we kept seeing the same thing. Companies bought training. Teams came back inspired. And on Monday morning nothing changed. The slides were generic, the examples belonged to someone else, and the hard parts of AI work, evaluation, cost and the ways systems fail, were left out.

So we started teaching the way we would want to be taught. Small groups. The client's own data from the second day. Instructors who have built the systems they talk about and who stay in the room until the code runs.

We don't measure a training by the certificate. We measure it by what your team ships afterwards.

That approach grew into TSW Academy. Today we train developers, data teams and management across Europe, from Budapest to Amsterdam, in English or Hungarian, online or on-site.
